INTRODUCTION

Our first still, Nicola, was handmade for us in the US for us by John Chapple. She is the daintiest still we have and we cut our teeth on her. Martello Hall Small Batch Gin is a floral, fragrant and delicate liquid.

TASTING NOTES

A more ‘botanical-forward’ gin with hints of grapefruit and lavender, a lightly floral gin with some citrus flavours. It’s our first recipe and still one of the best. Martello Hall Small Batch Gin is best served with tonic, a lemon & lime rind ice ball, a touch of orange and mint.
