Martello Hall, Hackney
Located in the heart of Hackney and converted from an old East End pub, Martello Hall is stripped back with a wood-burning pizza oven and open kitchen. The spaces flow between the main room, with an imposing back bar through to the smoky Banquet Hall and upstairs to the private Cocktail Lounge.
Canova Hall, Brixton
Housed in an old department store which was derelict for many years, Canova Hall has a large island bar, raised kitchen and booth seating running along the floor-to-ceiling windows. Busy from early morning with our hot-deskers through to the small hours with a late license at weekends.
Serata Hall, Shoreditch
Impressive in scale and size, with double height ceilings and wrap-around windows, Serata Hall is a great space for parties and events. The design was inspired by Edwardian greenhouses and orangeries with a large curving staircase and gallery on the first floor. Our urban distillery in centre-stage and we produce, bottle and wax-seal most of our small batch gins here.
Teatro Hall, Ealing
The former 1930’s Forum Theatre, it had been abandoned for many years until we resurrected it as Teatro Hall. Our design inspiration was ‘Stile Liberte’, an Italian variant of Art Nouveau. A grand island bar, deep blue velvet banquettes and four handmade Murano glass chandeliers create grandeur that the space demands. We opened our first Tasting Room and Bottle Shop at Teatro Hall, celebrating our small batch gins.
Botanica Hall, Clapham Junction
As part of an iconic building, Botanica Hall's design was anchored on the original aesthetics. Rooted in faded grand halls, abandoned buildings of old and a nod to Edwardian department stores. We built our first Urban Vodka Distillery, with our handsome new copper still Henry, sitting alongside velvet booths, a large island bar, our DJ balcony and our raised open kitchen.
