TINY TOWER LIQUOR
In 2016 we opened our first bar, Martello Hall tucked away in Hackney, where we started distilling some gin in our copper still, Nicola. Over the years we have opened more bars and added a small gin distillery each time. At Botanica Hall we have our biggest distillery yet, with a handsome new 180 litre copper still, and have started to distill our own vodka. Our tiny distilleries work in partnership under Tiny Tower Liquor. We still produce, bottle and wax seal all of our gins and vodka by hand in our London bars.
OUR URBAN DISTILLERY
At Botanica Hall we have a dedicated Urban Distillery & Tasting Room. A full-production distillery, tasting room and bottle shop. We host Vodka & Gin Tastings and Gin Blending Masterclasses, where you blend, bottle and wax seal your own gin to take home. Sample our gin and vodka flights, with our award-winning small batch liquors. Create your own personalised gin and vodka to take home. Fill your bottle from our glass demijohns, wax seal it and add a personalised label.
Our Gins
Our gins are single-shot and heart-cut (the top and tail of the still run is discarded and we only take the best bit). All our gins are distilled, bottled and wax sealed by hand in our bars.
