We believed that, amongst the vast array of bars and restaurants, there was a lack of decent all- day and all-evening bars. We wanted to create places where people felt as comfortable going for early-morning coffee & hot-desking as they did for cocktails & wood-fired pizza in the evening with each bar having its own identity, design & vibe. Quality, innovation & hard-work runs through everything we do – from sourcing local coffee, craft beers & tap wines to setting up in-house distilleries making our own small batch gins. We make all our food from scratch, priding ourselves on banning freezers. If it can’t be made in-house it doesn’t make it on the menu.
Backed by Imbiba, we have 4 established bars with a 5th opening in Spring 2021. We want to accelerate our growth by acquiring new sites over the next 3 years, believing there has never been a better time to do this as consumer demand is expected to remain high and market supply likely to be reduced.
Located in local London neighbourhoods, each bar has its own individual identity, design and local vibe. We don’t do brands, preferring to create spaces which suit the location, building and surrounding area.
